Not so sure yet. Considering their success in the past, I'm sure they'll keep the standards high for whoever comes in. I know they are having a school board meeting tomorrow night to figure some things out. If anyone finds out before I do then let me know.
With a name like "Trojans" how can they be unsafe? I'm sure they will make a safe choice.
How about the walk they are having tonight. The community is supposed to meet at High Point Elem. school to show their support for pot head, head coach. What I nice thing to teach their kids. he made a mistake. besides imo the dare programs need to concentrate more on the deadly epidemic meth or oxycontin as opposed to something that shows very little hindrance to one's health. just ask this guy.

Yes he made a mistake. That might be okay in some professions but not when you work with kids. A coach is in a leadership position in their community and should be a role model to the kids. This sets a bad example.

If they won't fire a man for smoking pot, then at least fire him for being stupid enough to smoke it where he was busted. A man that dumb doesn't need to be role-modeling to kids anyway.

yes i agree, he should be punished. imo, should be suspended for the remainder of the season, and the reamainded of the school year.
esp since he did it on school grounds, which is a completely different misdemenor all together compared to just possession.
but should he lose his teaching job altogether? i mean its not like they can send him to rehab for this.

That right there is the worst part IMO. Getting caught as an authority figure for kids is bad, but on school grounds pretty much is really bad.
Isn't there additional charges when caught carrying/selling drugs within a certain proximity of school grounds?
